Three Island Resort Nakusp
Three Island Resort, located in the majestic Kootenay Mountains, is a campground offering campsites with fire pit and picinic table. Fish for rainbow on summit lake, or rent a canoe and take in the beauty of the area. Directions 16 KM Southeast of Nakusp British Columbia on Hyw. 6, on Summit Lake.

Summit Lake Provincial Park
The park offers 35 vehicle/tent campsites, covered picnic shelters, day-use area, swim float, a boat launch and interpretive signs. Seven of the sites are doubles. There is no pull through sites, tent pads or tent sites. Located between Slocan Lake and Upper Arrow Lake which is 18 kilometres (11 mi) southeast of Nakusp.

Halcyon Hot Springs Resort
RV sites are open year round and sites are serviced with power, water, sewer and television connections. Tenting sites are open seasonally and are located on a non-serviced area and offers a convenient new washroom building, complete with large outdoor sinks and counter space. Swim passes are not included in campground fees.

Nakusp Municipal Campground
Only 3 short blocks from the Nakusp beach and next to the Village of Nakusp's Community Park which includes arena, ball-parks, soccer field, the Campground is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, community park and beach. There are 41 treed camping sites, 10 with power. The Campground has central washrooms, coin operated heated showers and sani-dump. The rates range from $20-$23 per site/per party. Ice and firewood available for purchase.

McDonald Creek Provincial Park
There are 38 vehicle accessible sites in the park including 3 doubles. Four of these sites have tent pads. There are no pull through sites however the campground has an even mix of small to large sites and can accommodate large recreational vehicles. The majority of sites are lakefront and offer access to the beach.
